The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officer (Penro) is holding three offices in three different places in Bataan to maximize its functions and services.

Penro Raul Halili Mamac said, “Kaya mahirap mo ko matagpuan sa opisina.” Mamac was reacting to a comment why he’s not in his office most of the time. “Bukod sa office ko sa Pilar Government Center, may opisina ako sa Bunker at mayroon pa sa Orani,” he explained. Mamac is hardworking and deserving of his function as Penro given the multi-tasking jobs he is now handling, said an employee of DENR.

As to the dissemination of important news stories emanating from his office, Mamac apologized that there is an order from the head office that prohibits the Penros from giving media interviews unless with clearance from higher ups.
